The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are cultivation of oil palm, processing of crude palm oil and palm kernel, nursery and sale of oil palm seeds, manufacturing and marketing of sawn timber and plywood, bio-tech oil palm waste management and the associated production of organic compost and organic fertiliser, and equipment hire. The Company?s activities are based primarily in Sandakan, Sabah. The bio-tech oil palm waste management is run by the Company's subsidiary Hoest (S.E.A.) Sdn. Bhd. based in Kuching, Sarawak
