PMB Technology Berhad ("PMBT") was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 26 June 2002 as a public limited company under its present name. PMBT is principally an investment holding company. It was incorporated to facilitate the listing of the subsidiary companies of Press Metal Berhad ("PMB"), namely the PMB Facade Technology Group ("PMBF Group") and the Everlas Aluminium Group ("Everlast Group") and was listed on the Second Board of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5th November 2003.
