CAM Resources Berhad (�CAMRES�) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 20 December 2000 as a public limited company. The Company was listed on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 14 March 2002, which is now known as the Main Market due the merger of the Main Board and the Second Board. The principal activity of the Company is that of investment holding while the principal activities of its subsidiaries, all of which were incorporated in Malaysia, are involved in the manufacturing, sale and distribution of aluminium and stainless steel kitchen ware, sinks and melamine table ware.
