Listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd ("Malaysian Stock Exchange", the Company owns 29.6% equity in Petra Energy. In 1995, Petra Perdana, a holding company, was incorporated as part of a strategy to strengthen the Group�s domestic activities. In 2000, Petra Perdana acquired the entire equity stakes of PRSB and PFSB, and was subsequently listed on the 2nd Board of the Securities Exchange. Petra Perdana�s listing was transferred to the Main Board of the Exchange in January 2003. The Company was subsequently listed on the Main Board of the Securities Exchange in July 2007.
