The Company presently has an authorized share capital of RM50, 000,000 comprising 50,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 41,187,988 are issued and fully paid up. Takaso Resources Berhad is an investment holding company while the principal activities of its subsidiaries are as Takaso Rubber Products Sdn Bhd, Takaso Marketing Sdn Bhd, LSR Technology Sdn Bhd, Japlo Healthcare Sdn Bhd, and Romantic Family Planning Sdn Bhd.
