YLI Holdings Berhad ('YLI') is an investment holding company with subsidiary companies involved in the manufacturing and marketing of ductile iron pipes and fittings, saddles, manhole covers, foundry raw material and related products. YLI's dedication to its manufacturing activities led to its listing on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on 7 August 1997 and was subsequently transferred to the Main Board of the KLSE on 10 January 2001. Shareholders' funds stood at RM196.7 million as at financial year ended 31 March 2009.
