EUPE Corp. Bhd. is an investment holding company, which through its subsidiaries, engages in the business of property development and construction. It operates through the following segments: Property Development; Chalet and Golf Operation and Management; Property Construction; and Others. The Property Development segment is involved in the development of residential and commercial properties. The Chalet and Golf Operation and Management segment operates and manages chalet, restaurant, golf club operations, and recreation facilities. The Property Construction segment includes construction of residential and commercial properties, and sales of building material. The Others segment comprises of rental of properties, management of complex, fruits cultivation, and kindergarten operations. The company was founded by Heng Seong Beh and Tajudin Bin Hashim in 1986 and is headquartered in Sungai Petani, Malaysia.
