Encorp Berhad ("Encorp") was incorporated on 2 March 2000 as a private limited company under the name of Pioneer Design Sdn Bhd. Its' status was changed to a public company on 8 August 2000. The name was subsequently changed to Encorp Berhad on 13 November 2001. Encorp was listed on the Main Board of KLSE on 11 February 2003 upon completion of the reverse take-over of Great Wall Plastics Industries Berhad ("GWPI"). GWPI became a wholly owned subsidiary of Encorp. A vision that began in 1995, Encorp aspires to be recognized as a market leader in providing quality products and services.
