Perangsang Selangor, established on 11 August 1975, was listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 22 July 2003 with an authorised capital of RM1.0 billion and a paid-up capital of RM431.4 million. The current paid-up capital is RM499.004 million.
