On July 7, 2004, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Dolomite Technology Sdn. Bhd. (DTSB) had acquired the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Dolomite Biotech Sdn. Bhd. (DBSB), thereby resulting in DBSB becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of DTSB and a sub-subsidiary of Dolomite Corporation Berhad. DBSB, which is dormant, will in the future carry out sale of safety syringes with externally connectable and internally retractable self-biased needles. Dolomite Industrial Park Sdn. Bhd. (DIP) is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Dolomite Berhad, which in turn is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Dolomite Corporation Berhad. Dolomite Readymixed Concrete Sdn. Bhd. (DRC) is a 100%-owned subsidiary of Dolomite Berhad, which in turn is a 100% owned subsidiary of Dolomite Corporation Berhad.
