The Environment segment offers water supply services, operates water and wastewater treatment plants and provide services in the management and optimization of water utility assets. The Power segment owns and operates combined cycle gas turbine power plants in Sabah. The Other segment consists of investment holding and provision of management services to subsidiaries within the group. The company was founded in 1973 and is headquartered in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
