Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd (CSM) owns 100% shareholdings in both subsidiaries which are Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd (CSM) and T-Melmax Sdn Bhd (TMX). CSM is a bumiputra company which was incorporated on the 3rd September 1997. CSM authorised and paid share capital of RM1,000,000 comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which it has been issued and fully paid-up. The group has two core businesses i.e Financial Management System Solutions in CSM and e-Payment Gateway Solution under TMX.
