Sarawak Cable Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act on 8 January 1998 as a public limited company under the name of UCS Holdings Berhad. On 16 May 2007, our Company was converted into a private limited company under the name of UCS Holdings Sdn Bhd. On 13 February 2009, we changed our name to Sarawak Cable Sdn Bhd and converted into a public limited company on 26 October 2009. Since incorporation, our Company was dormant. On 2 September 2008, we acquired the entire equity interest in Universal Cable (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and commenced operations as an investment holding company.
