ECS ICT Berhad ("ECSB"), an MSC-status company, was established in 1985 with ECS KU Sdn Bhd, and is today a leading distribution hub for Information & Communications Technology ("ICT") products in Malaysia via ECS ASTAR Sdn Bhd and ECS PERICOMP Sdn Bhd.Effective 2009 ECS ICT Berhad became the investment holding company of four subsidiary companies, i.e. ECS ASTAR Sdn Bhd, ECS PERICOMP Sdn Bhd, ECS KU Sdn Bhd and ECS KUSH Sdn Bhd. The Group achieved a total sales turnover of RM1.35 billion in 2009.
