Deleum Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act on 23 November 2005 as a private limited company under the name of Deleum Sdn. Bhd. Subsequently, on 15 September 2006, it was converted to a public limited company and assumed its present name of Deleum Berhad. Deleum Berhad is an investment holding company and through its subsidiaries, provides a diverse range of supporting specialized products and services for the oil and gas industry, particularly the exploration and production of oil and gas.
