Zhulian Corporation Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 January 1997 under the Companies act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name ZHULIAN CORPORATION SDN BHD. Subsequently on 28 February of the same year, the Company was converted into a public listed company and assumed our present name. On 27 April 2007, ZHULIAN CORPORATION BERHAD was officially listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") ZCB is an investment holding company of ZHULIAN's Group of Companies.
