The latter is a fully-integrated property and construction company focusing on integrated property developments, construction, civil engineering, oil & gas and infrastructure projects, as well as oil & gas services through its investment in Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd. Its flagship property developments are Naim Bandar Baru Permyjaya in Miri, Naim Kuching Paragon integrated development, Naim Desa Ilmu and Naim Riveria in Kuching and Naim Bintulu Paragon.
