TSR Group has been listed in the construction sector, the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("BMSB") since 26 March 2002 through its investment holding company, TSR Capital Berhad (TSRCAP: 5042). Currently, TSR Group principally involves in the construction & civil engineering works, manufacturing and marketing of precast concrete products, supply of readymix, geotechnical works and housing and property development. The premier of the Group, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, which commenced operation in year 1991, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSR is principally involves in the construction and civil engineering works has been the key contributors to the Group in terms of revenue generation. The Group has seen the gradual diversification to both upstream i.e. into manufacturing of precast concrete and supply of readymix and downstream to property development and other long terms contract i.e. concession contract. The diversifications expect to provide greater stability and sustainable future revenue streams to the Group. The company has also successfully expanded into upstream activities i.e. geotechnical works, manufacturing of precast concrete products and supply of ready mix.
