Dutch Lady Milk Industries Berhad ("DLMI") is a leader in the quality branded dairy business in Malaysia. It was incorporated in 1963, and became the first milk company to be listed on Bursa Malaysia, the local Stock Exchange in 1968. DLMI increased its issued share capital in 2002 from RM16.0 million to RM64.0 million via a 3 for 1 bonus issue. Its holding company is Royal Friesland Foods, a Dutch multinational corporation that is one of the largest milk companies in the world. Permodalan Nasional Berhad is the second largest shareholder in the Company.
