Teladan Group Berhad expertise in landed residential property development led them to explore the development of high-rise residential properties to expand thier property portfolio. In 2014, they launched their second high-rise residential property, Atlantis Residences in Kota Laksamana which was completed in 2018. This 40-storey development comprises 1,360 service apartment units, surpassing the RM500 million benchmark.
