Hiap Huat Chemicals Sdn. Bhd is a marine engineering, civil engineering and construction company. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd is involved in property development. Other wholly-owned subsidiaries are HSL Land Sdn Bhd (investment in real properties), HSL Management Services Sdn Bhd (management of shopping mall, management services for gated and guarded developments) and HSL Hydro Sdn Bhd (currently dormant). A new subsidiary known as Hock Seng Lee Trading Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2021.
