On October 23, 2009, the Company completed the acquisition of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Digital Scanning Corporation Pte. Ltd. (DIGITAL) and the entire issued and paid-up share capital of DSC Systems Sdn. Bhd. (DSCM).
