WinSun Technologies Sdn Bhd (WinSun) was incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia under the Act on 21 March 2007 as an investment holding company with research and development (R & D) as its proposed activity. WinSun has two wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Shanghai Winner electrical Co. Ltd (Winner) and Shanghai Winco Electrical Co. Ltd (Winco), herein collectively known as the "WinSun Group" or "Group".
