Efficient E-Solutions Berhad, formerly Efficient E-Solutions Sdn Bhd, provides integrated outsourcing solutions in data and document processing (DDP), as well as electronic bill presentment (EBP) services to banks, stock broking companies, insurance companies and telecommunication operators. The wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company include Efficient MailCom Sdn Bhd and Efficient SoftTech Sdn Bhd. In addition, the Company has 20% interest each in Virtual Print International Sdn Bhd, a dormant company, and PrinteGrate Sdn Bhd.
