Spectrum Rare Earths Limited, formerly TUC Resources Ltd, is an Australia-based resource development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of rare earths, uranium, base metals and gold mineral interests. Its tenements are located in the Northern Territory of Australia. The Company holds approximately 12,000 square kilometers of tenements across the Northern Territory. The Company's rare earth projects include Skyfall Magnetic End Use Rare Earth Exploration Target and Quantum & Pine Creek Projects. The Company's Uranium projects include the Pine Creek Uranium Project, which includes EL25229; the Arnhem project, which encompasses exploration licenses 25384, 25385, 25386, 25389, 25387, 25391 and 25393; McArthur tenements, which include exploration license applications 25383, 25388, 25390, 25392 and 25394 and the Litch Uranium project, which consists of license application ELA25221. The Company also holds the Tennat Creek Copper Gold project.
