Stonehenge Metals Ltd. is an Australia-based mineral exploration company, which focuses on uranium and vanadium project in South Korea. The Company operates through two segments: Exploration, which explores minerals in South Korea, and Wave energy technology, which invests in wave energy technology. It holds three projects: Daejon project, Gwesan project and Miwon project. The Daejon project has inferred and indicated uranium resources of around 66 million pounds grading 320 parts per million U3O8 and inferred and indicated vanadium resources of 17 million pounds grading at 3,200 parts per million V2O5. Its Daejon project is located in the Ogchon Basin. It focuses on Protean wave energy converter (WEC) system, which is based upon a point-absorber wave energy converter buoy device, which floats at the ocean surface and extracts energy from waves by the extension and retraction of a tether to its anchoring weight on the sea bed.
