Mithril Resources Limited is an exploration company. The Company is engaged in carrying out exploration of mineral tenements, both on a joint venture basis and by the Company in its own right; to continue to seek extensions of areas held and to seek out new areas with mineral potential, and to evaluate results achieved through surface sampling, drilling and geophysical surveys. The Company is focused on the discovery and development of base metal deposits, including copper. It is exploring its two projects for copper and nickel deposits, and gold deposits. Its Nanadie Well Copper Gold Project is located approximately 80 kilometers southeast of Meekatharra in the Murchison district. Its Spargos Reward Project is located approximately 30 kilometers west of Kambalda in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The Company has interest in the Leaky Bore tenement in its East Arunta Project Area, which is located immediately north and east of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory.
