Lachlan Star Limited is an Australian-based minerals exploration and development Company. The Company is focused on acquiring and developing assets within the gold, copper and bulk commodities sectors within Australia and overseas. It has a complete ownership of the operating CMD Gold Mine, a heap leach gold mine in Chile. It also owns complete ownership in the Bushranger exploration-stage copper and gold deposit located approximately 25km south of Oberon in the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales, Australia. Other projects include three mining mining leases at Princhester, approximately 80km North West of Rockhampton, QLD.
