The Company has interests in three Indonesian coal projects, all located in East Kalimantan: Pakar Project (99%, direct foreign ownership) is a thermal coal project consisting of nine separate mining concessions; Mamahak Project (99%, direct foreign ownership) is a coking coal & thermal coal project consisting of four separate mining concessions, and GPK Project (84.82% reducing to 76.82%) is a thermal coal project with one mining concession.
