Arena REIT is an Australia-based real estate investment trust. The Trust operates with an objective to generate an attractive and predictable distribution to investors, with earnings growth prospects over the medium to long term. The Trust's investment strategy is to invest in sectors, such as childcare, healthcare, education and government tenanted facilities leased on a long term basis. The Trust owns and manages around 197 properties, comprising of childcare portfolio and healthcare portfolio. The childcare portfolio consists of around 179 childcare centers, around seven medical centers and around 11 children development sites located across Australia. The healthcare portfolio consists of around seven multi-disciplinary primary care medical centers located in and around Sydney and Queensland. The Trust's portfolio is leased to around 14 tenants. Its tenants include Primary Health Care Limited, Affinity Education Group Limited and G8 Education Limited.
