Fitzroy Resources Ltd. is an Australia-based coal development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of mineral tenements in Queensland, Australia and West Virginia, the United States. The Company has two hard coking coal projects in West Virginia, the United States. The Company's projects include the United States coal projects, such as Emmaus and Blackstone Properties, and Queensland Base Metals projects, such as Glentanna project and Rookwood project. The Emmaus and Blackstone properties cover approximately 5,834 acres within the hard coking and metallurgical coal territory in the Appalachian Basin. The properties are located in McDowell and Wyoming Counties, West Virginia. The Glentanna project comprises a single exploration permit, EPM15401, consisting of around 25 sub-blocks covering around 75 square kilometers. The Rookwood project consists of three contiguous exploration permits, such as EPM17604, EPM 18845 and EPM 16749.
