1. To participate in the Campaign, participants are required to carry out the following:-
(a) Register on the Campaign Registration Page hosted on www.investingnote.com within the Campaign Period;
(b) Participants are required to provide Full Name as per NRIC/Passport, Mobile Number and Email Address.
(c) Build a simulated investment portfolio with a virtual initial capital of one hundred thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM100,000) through trading predefined securities products listed on Bursa within the Campaign Period.
2. Tradable securities are only Bursa listed stocks for the purpose of this tournament. Warrant trading is excluded from this competition.
3. Each registered participant will be given RM100,000 virtual capital to trade in the competition.
4. 3 of top 10 traders will be given an opportunity to be interviewed and share their opinion via Zoom meeting. The live footage will be posted on Youtube and Facebook. (optional)
5. Only Market Orders can be placed – participants will have to monitor the market actively to buy and sell. No advanced order is allowed.
6. The challenge trading hours will be adjusted for 30seconds to cater for the pre-market open matching period.
The challenge trading hours on trading days are listed below:
o Bursa 1st session (9:00:30am - 12:29:30pm)
o Bursa 2nd session (2:30:30pm - 4.44:30pm)
7. In the case of a halt or suspension of a stock, it will not be tradable.
8. Short selling of stocks is not permitted.
9. No margin account is allowed.
10. In the event that any securities products in the participant’s portfolio is suspended and halt at any point in time during the Campaign Period, the holdings of these securities will be calculated based on the last bid price offered by the market maker.
11. Only realised profits will be taken into account at the end of the campaign. In the case of open positions not closed out by the end of the Campaign, the last bid price offered by the market maker will be used to calculate the gain/loss.
12. During the Campaign Period, a leaderboard showing the most updated results of participants will be shown. The leaderboard will be updated periodically.
13. During the Campaign period, the participants’ portfolios will be set to ‘public’ and will be visible to external visitors.
14. All registered participants will be automatically added into a private group “Pro Young Traders Club” to access more information on the tournament and other details on InvestingNote.com.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to change the game rules, prizes and winners, including the right to review any suspicious activity.
16. Participants are NOT ALLOWED to post any offensive/sensitive comments or to reveal their personal information online e.g. via their username, etc
17. Only Malaysian university students with a valid students ID are allowed to participate in the competition and eligible for the top 3 prize & lucky draw award.
18. The winners of the challenge have to agree with the InvestingNote verification procedures.
19. Any form of abuses, hacks or cheating is strongly prohibited. Those who are against the Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

1) What is "My Young Investors Challenge"?
- "My Young Investors Challenge" is a training challenge that is designed to guide new investors through every single step required to start their investment journey.
- Registered participants will receive access to the coaching sessions and simulation platform. The series of coaching sessions will provide participants with a good foundation and skills to build their portfolio.
- On the simulation platform, participants will be able to put their investment knowledge to the test and gain experience in putting together their own portfolio. The simulation platform uses real market data and participants are given a virtual capital of RM100,000.00 to invest.

2) What is the duration of the challenge?
-The registration period will begin on 31 August 2020 and the Challenge period will begin from 21 September 2020 (9:00 am) to 16 October 2020 (5:00 pm).

4) What are the simulation platform's trading hours and how do i get access to the platform?
- Participants are able to place new orders and amend orders during market opening hours from 09:00 am - 12:30 pm, and 02:30 pm - 05:00 pm. No trading activities are allowed during market closed period.
- A reminder email will be sent to the registered email address before the simulation starts.

5) Is attending the webinar sessions compulsory?
- It is not compulsory to attend the webinar sessions, participants may pick and choose coaching session(s) according to schedule and interest.
