Investing is a test of character.

Followed @ThumbTackInvestor into $SPRT for a sweet 58.93% profit in a week.
Honestly, I don't know what to feel about this quarter. I wasn't happy even though i made some money and my portfolio grew. I felt like I've been served some lessons the hard way. In summary..
1) Money is made in the holding.
I divested $SE at the start of Q2 to lock in a 21.53% gain because I felt like a correction is coming only to watch it shoot to its current price, I had my entry price at 217 back then.
2) Greed is a double edged sword.
I didn't sell $SPRT at the best time. At peak, i was sitting on 334.6% profit yet greed got the better of me. I wanted more profit and I thought sky was the limit. I set my TP further and further away.. 30, 50, 70 ..
I am not going to go deep into writing about my thought processes and how i messed up. You could have roughly guessed. Simply clown moves. But I have actually done my own reflection about the incidents. I would have done things differently if I can rewind time. I can't. So I am parking this here for your entertainment and to remind myself to avoid the same mistake in the time to come.
Cheers,
Jorism
