Its International Networks consists primarily of international cable and satellite television networks and Websites. It�s Education and other consists principally of curriculum-based education product and service offerings and postproduction audio services. In May 2014, the Company announced that it has completed acquisition of a controlling interest in Eurosport International, Europe's sports entertainment group.
