The Construction segment provides conceptual design and advisory, design development, and liaison with relevant authorities for approvals. The Utility segment focuses on setting up of thermal energy storage plant which forms part of a district cooling system where thermal energy is stored in a storage tank during low-energy demand hours and discharged for usage during high energy demand hours resulting in energy conservation and cost efficiency for the cooling system.
