My stock selection criteria
1) Low PB not more than 2
2) Min 7% ROE
3) High DY prefer 5% above, have track record paying dividends.
4) Net cash or D/E not more than 50%
5) Management team has a substantial shareholding in the company
6) Good profit margin and net profit margin
7) Not a GLC company, and no political risks.
8) Business still relevant in 10 years

My average holding period: mins 3 months-5 years.
I do not do short-term trading. I am a value investor, happy to meet you all.
