Bumitama Agri Ltd. (Bumitama) is an Indonesia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK) production with oil palm plantations in Indonesia. The Company has a total land bank of approximately 199,000 hectares in three provinces, including Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau. The principal activities of its subsidiaries are that of investment holding, operating oil palm plantations and palm oil mills, as well as the production and trading of crude palm oil and related products. The Company's subsidiaries include PT Bumitama Energi Lestari, PT Bumitama Oleo Sentosa, PT Karya Makmur Bahagia, PT Hatiprima Agro, PT Gunajaya Karya Gemilang, PT Agro Sejahtera Manunggal and PT Gunajaya Ketapang Sentosa.
