EC World Real Estate Investment Trust (EC World REIT) is a real estate investment trust. EC World REIT’s objectives are to provide unitholders of it (Unitholders) with an attractive rate of return on their investment through regular and stable distributions to Unitholders and to achieve long-term sustainable growth in distribution per unit and net asset value per Unit, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure for it. It invests in a portfolio of income-producing real estate, which is used primarily for e-commerce, supply-chain management and logistics purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, with a geographical focus in the People’s Republic of China. The portfolio of it consists of six properties, which are located in Hangzhou, the PRC, including Chongxian Port Logistics (Port logistics), Fu Zhuo Industrial (Port logistics), Hengde Logistics (Specialised logistics) and Fu Heng Warehouse (E-commerce logistics). EC World Asset Management Pte. Ltd is its manager.
