Its Hotel Investments segment includes hotel and restaurant operations. Its Property Sales segment consists of hotel residences, Laguna property sales and development project/site sales. Its Fee-based segment includes the management of hotels and resorts, the management of an asset-backed destination club, the management of private-equity funds, the management and operation of spas, the sales of merchandise, the provision of architectural and design services, the management and ownership of golf courses, and rental of retail outlets and offices. It has approximately 40 hotels, over 70 spas, approximately 80 retail galleries and over three golf courses in approximately 27 countries.
