Multi-Chem Limited is engaged in investment holding and provision of printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing services, mainly in precision drilling, to PCB fabricators, and the distribution of specialty chemicals and other PCB related products and equipment to PCB fabricators. The Company operates through two segments: PCB business, which provides precision drilling services to PCB fabricators and distributes specialty chemicals and other PCB-related products and equipment to PCB manufacturers, and IT business, which relates to the distribution of hardware and software relating to Internet and network products and the provision of maintenance services for such products. The Company engages in providing Internet security, wide area network (WAN) optimization, network management and video conferencing products. The Company has manufacturing facilities in the city of Kunshan in Eastern China.
