In April 2014, the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (Goldman Sachs Group), including its subsidiaries and Goldman Sachs Holdings ANZ Pty Limited and its subsidiaries (Goldman Sachs Australia Group) had ceased to be the holder of Australand Assets Trust.
