An open-ended investment fund constituted as a Unit Trust on 10 June 2010 under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, the Fund is granted listing on the Mainboard of the Official List of SGX-ST on 31 December 2012 but it is not traded on SGX-ST as the securities are not CDP eligible and hence unable to be settled through CDP. Offerees and subscribers of the units are restricted to persons qualifying as accredited investors as defined under section 4A of the Securities and Futures Act. Investing in inter alia listed securities and indirectly in private equity through holding companies, the Fund's overall objective is that of capital preservation and achievement of strong capital growth and investment returns with a view to stable medium- to long-term capital appreciation.
