The Company operates in one segment, being the design manufacturer of mid-end and high-end sports shoe soles under its Qingmei brand. Its products comprise 3 types of sports shoe soles, namely MD II, MD I and RB shoe soles, which are used in the manufacture of shoes used for athletic, sporting and physical activities such as running, tennis, basketball, climbing, cross training and casual-wear sports. Qingmei Group has well-known domestic brand names such as Double Star, Jin Shu Wang, Kang Ta, Hongxing Erke, KBird and Xtep. The Company is also a vertically integrated manufacturer of sports shoe soles, with the ability to manufacture key semi-processed raw materials, EVA compound pellets and TPU pellets. The Company’s operations are conducted in the People’s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong and Macau.
