The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 30 January 2007.The Group is a full-set solutions house that provides complete design services spanning the entire handset design cycle, which involves industrial design, mechanical design, software design, hardware design, procurement of hardware, prototype testing, pilot production and production support. Where required by its customers, the Group may either provide full-set solutions services as described above or a specific service at a specific stage only, for example the provision of ID/MD solutions or procurement of hardware components.The Group’s production facilities and R&D operations are currently based in China and the majority of its customers are based in China. The Group serves two major groups of customers,namely licensed mobile handset manufacturers and mobile handset distributors.
