Its Industrial, Commercial and Residential groups form its space optimization business. It secures master leases of unused, old and under-utilized commercial, industrial and residential properties. It manages approximately 40 industrial, commercial and residential properties in Singapore, Indonesia and Myanmar. It provides facility management services, including security services and car park management services through the use of technology, as well as related services, such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, repair and general maintenance. Its logistics management business includes transportation services, and container depot management services. Its transportation service has a fleet of movers, road tankers and trailers to transport containers, base oil and bitumen, among others.
