Effective March 13, 2013, it acquired Nimbula Inc. Effective February 6, 2014, Oracle Corp acquired the entire share capital of Responsys Inc. Effective June 2, 2014, Oracle Corp acquired GreenBytes Inc, a Providence-based developer of software.
