Its typical store is approximately 35,000 gross square feet with a racetrack design, centralized check-out, and individual dressing rooms. The Company�s stores offer a range of services, such as liberal merchandise return policy, merchandise locator service, a Preferred Customer program, co-branded credit card and private label credit card programs, and electronic gift cards. The Company�s wholly owned subsidiaries include Stein Mart Buying Corp. and Stein Mart Holding Corp. During the fiscal year ended February 2, 2013 (fiscal 2012), it closed five stores.
