The Company operates in two segments: Heavy Duty Diesel Systems division and Catalyst division. The Company's Heavy Duty Diesel Systems division specializes in the design and manufacture of verified exhaust emissions control solutions. Its Catalyst division produces catalyst formulations to reduce emissions from gasoline, diesel and natural gas combustion engines. The Company�s Catalyst technologies include mixed phase catalyst (MPC), Platinum Plus and ARIS. The Company conducts its operations primarily through its wholly owned subsidiary, Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (CSI). In September 2012, the Company and its subsidiaries started operating under the name CDTi.
