(Bonso) designs, develops, produces and sells electronic sensor-based and wireless products for private label original equipment manufacturers (individually OEM or, collectively, OEM's), original brand manufacturers (individually OBM or, collectively, OBM's) and original design manufacturers (individually ODM or, collectively, ODM's). The Company�s sensor-based scale products include bathroom, kitchen, office, jewelry, laboratory, postal and industrial scales that are used in consumer, commercial and industrial applications. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2013 (fiscal 2013), these products accounted for 91% of revenue.
