Why they don’t offer a fix price instead? There is so much uncertainty to follow the price in the closing date.
The worst rupee price will be locked as at 30 Sep 18 so that is something. The extension is fine too as long as the trust retains more $$$ since it needs it after the disposal too. Oh well, see how majority holders vote.
